Our Hydrogen Bottles work by adding microbubbles of hydrogen gas into regular water. Inside the bottle, there’s a special part that uses a small electric charge to separate hydrogen from the water molecules, pushed through a proton exchange membrane. Once it’s separated, the hydrogen gas mixes into the water, making it “hydrogen-rich.” When you drink it, the released hydrogen acts like a helper, going into your body to reduce certain types of stress on your cells, which helps with energy and overall wellness.
